Hopefully things will be more or less back to normal this week. After eating out way too often last week we are now trying to avoid eating out for a bit. So I put more effort into my meal plan and making sure that we have everything ready to go for our week night dinners. Week nights are definitely our weakness and require a lot more planing. No new recipes this week, but I have a few selected for next week. Since I'm doing the May Eat From the Pantry Challenge I'm working on planning out my menu for the whole month. I'm well under way, but still have some days to fill in. Here's what I have for this week:
Dinners:
- Sunday - Mother's Day Luncheon at Gram's
- Monday - Spaghetti
- Tuesday - Grilled Cheese and Tomato Herb Soup
- Wednesday - Sweet and Sour Chicken
- Thursday - Pancakes and Sausage
- Friday - Pulled Pork Nachos
- Saturday -Ham and Veggies
Breakfasts:
- Cereal
- Granola Bars
- Bananas
- Apples
- Yogurt
Lunches:
- Leftovers
- PB&J

Grilled cheese and tomato soup is my favorite - I just had it last night! All of your menus look great... you should check out springpad's

I love Pancakes anytime of the day.
