This year I am determined for my family to start eating better. Right now my mission is eliminating trans fat from our diet. Ok, elimination is probably not possible, but I am cutting it out of everything that I can. Last week I went through my pantry and got rid of all the foods I found with trans fat in them. I was very sad to see the Bisquick and Stove Top go. Somehow I will go on. The healthier we eat, the better off we are.
Here is our menu plan for the week:
- Sunday - Tomato, basil & mozzarella chicken sausage
- Monday - Beef Roast
- Tuesday - Cheese quesadillas
- Wednesday - Beef wraps
- Thursday - Tacos
- Friday - Chicken ravioli
- Saturday - Tuna noodle casserole
