Wordless Wednesday - Face Painting

Only one picture this week because I have a nasty cold and just haven't had a chance to get the other pictures off of my phone. I'll make up for it with more pictures next Wednesday.
This weekend we went to the Yankee Candle Halloween event. Yes, they have their Halloween stuff out already. Hubby loves decorating for Halloween so he was excited to get a new decoration. The store we stopped at also had face painting so Pumpkin got her face painted while daddy shopped. This was her first ever face painting experience and she did very well. Plus, when she was done we let her have a piece of the cake they were giving out. Umm, cake!

Wordless Wednesday - August 5

Happy Wordless Wednesday everyone!
Ok, so I'm not so wordless, but I do enjoy sharing pictures of our week.
Here is Pumpkin playing with the Fisher Price Market Place daddy found her at a yard sale. Great score daddy! I think it's the best $6 he's spent recently.
Later that same day, here is Pumpkin enjoying a cookie daddy gave her. What can I say, this was a really good day for her.
And a couple days before that Pumpkin got to enjoy a cookie at the Barnes and Noble Cafe with mommy. Yeah, she's my little Cookie Monster. Daddy's even been teaching her how to lick the creamy middle from the Oreos.

And finally, how many toddlers do you know that can be this happy with a purse and a battle axe in the Dollar Tree? I had to literally pry the battle axe out of her hands so we could leave. No, I didn't buy it for her. She is way to young to have her own battle axe.

Wordless Wednesday - Phineas and Ferb

My daughter may only be 19 months old, but she still loves Phineas and Ferb. As soon as she head their title sequence last night she started clapping and dancing around. So here she is watching one of her favorite shows.

Wordless Wednesday - Bark in the Park

On the weekends we try to take our daughter and the dogs to the park for a nice walk. We all enjoy it and it is good free fun. This week during our park visit our daughter decided she was going to walk the dogs too. So here are some shots of her walking them. The dogs did very well with her and were rewarded with extra green beans when we got home. Yes, my dogs absolutely love green beans.

Time to go. I've got the stroller.

For Wordless Wednesday this week I'm just doing a few random pictures of Pumpkin from our week:
First up, playing with mommy's old cell phone at breakfast.

Next up, taking notes at the family yard sale.

Finally, playing in her playhouse at home.

Wordless Wednesday - Annie's Playground

This past weekend my daughter wasn't feeling very well because she has some more teeth coming in. So we decided to take her to the playground and distract her. This time we took her to Annie's Playground. This playground is huge and my daughter absolutely loved it.
Here she is on the swings:

And here's a view of most of the playground:

My daughter loved this playground. We will definitely be going back. This park is in Fallston, Maryland and if any of you are near there, I recommend checking it out.

Wordless Wednesday - Yard Sale Fun

My daughter has become a serious yard sale addict. This Saturday I drove past a church yard sale and she had a fit. So I wound up turning around and going back. We didn't buy anything other then a snowball there, but she did get to try out the moon bounce for the first time. There weren't any other kids in there so I got in with her and she loved it. Here we are in the moon bounce:

After the church yard sale we hit a couple other yard sales and a church Strawberry Festival and Book Sale before Pumpkin finally collapsed. Here she is after she shopped till she dropped:

Finally, here she is after a refreshing nap, enjoying the Leap Pad we picked up at one of the yard sales. She loves books so much I figured she would love this.

Wordless Thursday

Ok, I realize that it isn't Wednesday anymore, but I didn't get my Wordless Wednesday picture up this week so I felt like I had to share something. And, this week it isn't even a picture of Pumpkin. This is a shot I took of our dogs at the park last night. We went for a picnic and they were hoping for some of my sandwich. Little mooches.

Next week I promise to get a picture posted on Wednesday for Wordless Wednesday. This week has just been a little busy. Between looking at houses and having people look at our house I feel like we're never home anymore. Hopefully we'll get a contract on our house soon and I'll be able to stay home a little more. Selling the house you're living in is not fun.

Well, I'm off to clean up for another showing of our house tonight. I'll try to get back online later and get a post scheduled for tomorrow. I feel like I've been really slacking on my blog lately and it's driving me crazy.

Wordless Wednesday

Sometimes Daddy likes to make us breakfast on Saturday mornings. On this particular Saturday he made chocolate chip pancakes which Pumpkin obviously loved. What a fun start to the weekend.

Wordless Wednesday - Bolt, Strawberries and Pizza

Since I missed Wordless Wednesday last week, I decided to go ahead and post three pictures this week.

First up we have Pumpkin and her best friend, Bolt. Here she is watching the movie with her Bolt at her side. I can't believe she will actually sit down and watch this whole movie. She's seen it several times and she still loves it.
Next up we have Pumpkin enjoying her Serpico pizza. I think this is her favorite place to get pizza. She always gets the cheese, but sometimes mommy and daddy get the cheesesteak pizza, yum!

Finally, here is Pumpkin enjoying a delicious strawberry. There is nothing like a nice fresh strawberry. Delicious!

Wordless Wednesday - Party Weekend

This past weekend my family decided to celebrate Mother's Day a week early so that we could avoid the crowds at the restaurants. This was Pumpkin's first trip to Red Lobster. Here she is with the famous biscuits. Although I have to say that we like Uncle's version better.
Biscuits were followed by the chicken finger kids meal and a little bit of the dinners of everyone around her. I don't know how she manages to eat all of this food.
Then, immediately after that dinner, we headed over to her cousin's birthday party. There she was able to indulge in a little bit of birthday cake. As you can see, the frosting was a hit. Even mommy wound up wearing some.

Because I love Berger Cookies, Pumpkin got to try them for the first time recently. Just like mommy, she loved them!
Of course we needed milk to wash down the chocolatey goodness!

Just for that someone who said they always see Pumpkin with a cupcake. This week there is no cupcake. Just Pumpkin and one of her cars.

Wordless Wednesday - The Great Cookie Edition

This picture is from a few weeks ago when we were at the mall. My daughter actually remembered where the Great Cookie was (Daddy bought her cookies from there previously) and headed over there when we got near the food court. As you can see, she great enjoyed her Snickerdoodles. I will have to make some of these for her soon.
